Called & Co. Cancellation Policy At Called & Co., we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policy. Appointment Cancellations We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Show Appointments Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit before booking. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. If we are unable to accommodate your service, it may be treated as a late cancellation. Deposits Certain services, such as color corrections, extensions, bridal services, or appointments lasting more than three hours, require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. Emergencies We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
